Your file. Your idea.
A practical next step.
Have a model ready to print—or need help creating one? Start with either.
Tell us how the part will be used. We’ll review the design and printing requirements before confirming a scope and quote.
Print an existing design.
You have a model and need help turning it into a physical part.
- Describe the part’s purpose and operating conditions.
- Tell us the quantity, key dimensions and important fits.
- We review the file and discuss suitability, material and next steps.
Develop a part for printing.
You have an idea, sketch or practical problem and need help developing the model.
- Explain what the part needs to do.
- Share the dimensions, interfaces and constraints you know.
- We define the design work and review printing options with you.
What are you trying to make?
Prototypes
Explore a concept, shape or assembly before deciding the next development step.
Fixtures & tooling
Discuss a positioning aid, support or tool for a defined task.
Functional parts
Review parts with a specific purpose, including the loads, environment and fit they need to accommodate.
Printing suitability and any validation needs are reviewed for each application.
Need a plastic part you can no longer buy?
When the original supplier is no longer available, we can assess whether reverse engineering and 3D printing offer a suitable path to a replacement.
Starting from an existing physical part, we review its geometry, fit and function, then evaluate the design and printing requirements. Reproducing the shape alone does not establish equivalent performance.
Understand the original.
Review dimensions, condition, mating components and operating requirements, accounting for wear or damage.
Evaluate a replacement.
Define the CAD work and consider material, print process, loads, temperature, chemicals and required accuracy.
Check before use.
If suitable, agree on a prototype and the fit, function and other validation checks needed before service. Repeat supply can be discussed after acceptance and agreement on quality requirements.
A service application we can evaluate—not a completed project or a guarantee that a part can be reproduced.
A few useful answers.
Do I need a finished 3D model?
No. You can start with a sketch or a description. We’ll discuss the design work needed before printing.
How do you determine price and timing?
We review the file or design requirements, quantity and application before preparing a project-specific quote and schedule.
Can you print a part that must carry a load or fit an assembly?
Tell us about those requirements at the start. Material, print process, geometry, tolerances and validation need to be considered together before suitability is confirmed.
Tell us what you’re working on.
Share the work you need help with, what you already have and any timing or requirements you know. We’ll review the need and discuss a suitable next step.
