About Nexmac

Practical engineering support for your next project.

Extra capacity for your design, drawing and part-development work.

Nexmac provides mechanical design and technical documentation support for equipment builders, automation integrators, fabrication shops and manufacturers. We help with defined projects, changes to existing equipment and drawing workloads that need extra attention.

From a design question to a useful next step.

Design and documentation

Support for machines, mechanisms, tooling, components and assemblies—from CAD models and manufacturing drawings to bills of materials and assembly or maintenance documentation.

Design help and 3D printing

Bring an existing model for review or start with an idea, sketch or practical problem. We assess material, process, fit and validation needs for prototypes, fixtures, tooling and functional parts.

Existing parts, new possibilities

A spare part is no longer available?

We can evaluate reverse engineering a physical part and developing CAD or drawings for a proposed replacement. For older plastic machine parts, that may include assessing 3D printing as a manufacturing option.

The assessment considers wear, mating components, operating conditions and the checks needed before use. This is a service we can evaluate, not a completed-project claim or a guarantee of equivalent performance.

Clear scope. Practical collaboration.

01 / Understand

Start with the need.

Tell us what you are working on, what already exists and where you need help.

02 / Agree

Define the assignment.

Review requirements and constraints together, then agree on deliverables, responsibilities, pricing and timing before work begins.

03 / Review

Work through the details.

Develop the agreed design or documentation and review it together at defined checkpoints.

For broader needs, we can discuss project supervision, design transfer, engineering standardization or technical advisory support within a specific scope.

A useful first step

Tell us what you’re working on.

Share the work you need help with, what you already have and any timing or requirements you know. We’ll review the need and discuss a suitable next step.
