Move your design forward.
Get the details ready.
Mechanical design, manufacturing drawings and technical support for equipment builders, integrators, fabrication shops and manufacturers.
Bring us a new idea, an existing design that needs a change, or work your team needs help completing. We’ll review the requirements and define the next step with you.

A part, assembly or machine needs development.
Support for components, mechanisms, tooling and equipment changes, including layout, fit and clearance review.
Possible deliverables
3D models, assembly layouts and supporting drawings, defined around the agreed scope.
A useful starting point
Your requirements, existing models, sketches or a description of the problem.
Your design needs clear technical documentation.
Develop or update manufacturing drawings, bills of materials, assembly instructions and maintenance documentation.
Possible deliverables
A reviewed drawing package, BOM or documentation set in the agreed format.
A useful starting point
Existing CAD files, drawing standards and the list of documents you need.
You need help working through a design question.
Design review, tolerance and fit assessment, manufacturing considerations, and exploratory concepts for prototypes or mechanisms.
Possible deliverables
Review findings, proposed changes or concept models, with the limits of the review clearly defined.
You need support beyond an individual drawing.
Project supervision, design transfer, standardization and technical advisory support for a defined engineering need.
Possible deliverables
Agreed review checkpoints, organized technical handover or documented standards and recommendations.
Considering 3D printing?
We can review a file you already have or help develop a design for printing. Functional parts, prototypes, fixtures and tooling are assessed for the application.

Tell us what you need.
Describe the work, what you already have and your intended timing.
Define the assignment.
Review deliverables, responsibilities, price and schedule together.
Work through the details.
Develop and review the agreed work, then organize the deliverables for handover.
Have a physical part, but no drawings?
We can evaluate the work needed to recreate an existing part’s geometry and develop CAD models or drawings for a proposed replacement. The review considers how the part fits and functions, including wear or damage that should not simply be copied.
Start with what you have.
An original part, photographs, available dimensions and information about the machine can help us assess the next step. Access to mating components may be needed to establish fit.
Define what needs to be verified.
Possible deliverables include a CAD model, replacement drawings and a prototype plan. Scope, manufacturing options and validation requirements are agreed after assessment.
