Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026.

Who we are

Nexmac LLC provides mechanical engineering and technical documentation services. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website and project inquiries.

For privacy questions or requests, email raul@gonexmac.com. Our mailing address is Nexmac LLC, 18331 Pines Blvd, Unit #157, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029.

Information you share with us

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. Your name is optional; an email address and message are required. You may also choose to include your company, project needs, timing, or other details. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you send and the related correspondence.

Please share only what is needed to begin the conversation. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal information, or confidential engineering files in the contact form. We can discuss an appropriate way to exchange project materials separately.

How we use inquiry information

We use inquiry information to respond, understand your project, clarify requirements, prepare an appropriate proposal, and manage related communications. We also use relevant records to maintain the website, prevent spam and misuse, and resolve delivery or support problems. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter.

Where inquiries are handled

Contact-form entries are stored in our WordPress website using SureForms. Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Inquiry notifications are sent through Brevo and received in our Microsoft 365 business email account. These service providers handle information needed to host the website, deliver messages, or provide email services.

Our team and service providers may access information as needed for these purposes. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, systems, or others. Provider processing and storage locations may differ from your location.

Website activity, cookies, and analytics

Website hosting and security services may record technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and pages requested to operate and protect the website. WordPress uses cookies for administrative login and related functions.

We use Google Analytics only after you accept optional analytics. Analytics technology can collect information about pages visited, browser or device characteristics, and interactions, and may use cookies or similar identifiers. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can accept or reject optional analytics using the cookie banner. Use the Cookie Preferences button to change your choice at any time, then reload the page to apply a withdrawal to scripts already loaded. The essential wpconsent_preferences cookie remembers your choice for 30 days. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

The website serves its font files from our own hosting, so loading these fonts does not require your browser to contact Google Fonts.

Our Google Analytics property is configured for two-month user and event data retention, with no reset on new user activity. Aggregated standard reports are outside that retention setting.

Keeping and protecting information

We retain inquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to respond, manage related business matters, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention can differ between website entries, delivery logs, mailbox records, and backups. Deletion from an active system may not immediately remove a record from backups.

We use access controls and service-provider safeguards to protect information. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee complete security.

Your choices and requests

You can contact us to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or tell us that you no longer want follow-up about an inquiry. We may need to verify your identity and retain certain records for legal or legitimate business reasons. Rights and available responses depend on the laws that apply to your situation.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when our website or information-handling practices change. The current version will be available on this page.
